Step One:
Choose a pattern. In this room I'm going to use a very simple, balanced, orderly way to contain all of the items so we have a serene space within to work. Just set the books in an easy to understand way, but change the direction in a couple of spots to keep it interesting.
Step Two:
The next step is to bring in your bookends and your organizational items to set you up for success. Use bookends or your favorite things to create structure and organize through your space, whether it's for refreshing greens or for holding all those important notes and pencils and pens.
Step Three:
For the last step, layer in your why, the reason why you're in here working so hard, with photo frames, motivational sayings, or momentos from your travel.
